Drexel U. Offers Music Industry Degree

Philadelphia-based Drexel University's College of Media Arts & Design recently launched a bachelor's degree program in music industry, with special emphasis on the business/financial side.

In addition to coursework, students work for Drexel's new music label, MADragon Records, where they manage production, including songwriting and recording, management and marketing. Students also arrange scores for movies done by Drexel film students and produce musical routines for the Drexel Dance Team.
