HEAR TECHNOLOGIES SHIPS MIX BACK
December 2006—Hear Technologies (www.heartechnologies.com) is shipping its Mix Back monitor mixer. The $2,495 unit is designed to reside at the stage, providing 16 inputs, a passive mic split, 4-band EQ and 16 channels of analog (two stereo, 12 mono), Hear Bus and ADAT output simultaneously. Ideal for in-ear monitor mixing and configured as 16x12x2x2, the rackmount unit features a talkback mic preamp for talking to any (or all) master outs and an intercom out. An optional $139.95 16-button remote connects via a standard Cat-5e cable.

November 2004—Talkback 600 MV adds talkback, monitor master volume, monitor switching and monitor dimming capability to recording consoles, digital hard disk recording systems and portable audio workstations. Retail: $399.


HEAR TECHNOLOGIES MIX BACK
May 2004—Hear Technologies Mix Back is an affordable ($1,495) 16-in monitor mixer with 12 mono and two stereo outputs for live or studio cue use. The 11-rackspace unit can be cascaded for more inputs. An optional $100 talkback remote instantly connects the engineer with any (or all) of the musicians.

October 2003—Hear Back Personal Monitor Mixer System, designed for recording studios, church and live sound, consists of a hub and up to eight personal mixers connected using Cat-5E cables. Each mixer provides local control of eight audio channels, master volume, DSP limiter, two headphone outputs, stereo aux input and two balanced line outs.
