YORKVILLE U15P
October 2006—The U15P uses a combination of amplifier topographies to ensure reliability and superior loudspeaker performance. Two Class A/B amplifier modules deliver 150-watts each to the 1.75-inch horn driver, and to the three 5-inch ceramic drivers that make up the Unity horn assembly. An additional three-tier designed amplifier module delivers 600-watts to the 15-inch neodymium woofer. Integrated flypoints allow the U15P to be flown in multi-cabinet arrays or installations without modification to the box. www.yorkville.com

XLR / TRS Combi-jack inputs accept all line-level sources. Multiple UCS1Ps can be integrated into any setup using the XLR balanced throughput on each power module.

YORKVILLE COLISEUM LINE
September 2004—Yorkville debuts the first cabinet in its Coliseum Installation loudspeaker that uses the Unity Summation Aperture Horn technology developed by Tom Danley of Sound Physics Labs. The Coliseum CU15's Unity horn combines a 1.75-inch compression driver and three 5-inch ceramic-magnet midrange drivers on a high-efficiency conical horn with both HF and MF drivers in a single 60°×60° horn, reproducing the entire 300-20k Hz range from one source. The CU15 handles 800 watts of power; has integrated flypoints on all sides; Speakon, binding post and 1/4-inch inputs; and can easily be installed in an application or an array.
